Holger Enßlin appointed Chief Legal & Regulatory Affairs at Premiere AG
Munich, November 28, 2008. Premiere AG’s Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Holger Enßlin as a member of the Management Board, responsible for Legal & Regulatory Affairs. Holger Enßlin will take on his new position at Premiere on December 1, 2008.

After his law studies in Tübingen and Munich, Holger Enßlin received his doctorate in Konstanz and achieved his Master of Law in Georgia, U.S. He worked as a lawyer for White & Case in Frankfurt until October 2003, when he took over the legal department at Premiere, which he is currently heading as Vice President Legal & Regulatory Affairs.
