Sky Deutschland acquires Loxxess Medienlogistik GmbH
• Complete buyback of former logistics subsidiary
Munich, 02 March 2010. With immediate effect, Sky Deutschland has acquired Loxxess Medienlogistik GmbH, a subsidiary of the logistics specialist Loxxess. Loxxess Medienlogistik GmbH was founded in August 2006 under the name Premus Logistik und Service GmbH as a subsidiary of what was then known as Premiere Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG. In 2007, it was sold to Loxxess. With the signing of the new contracts, Sky Deutschland has completely bought back Loxxess Medienlogistik GmbH. Sky has simultaneously agreed to a longterm service contract with Loxxess for comprehensive logistic and customer care services. The parties have agreed not to reveal the purchase price or other contractual details.
