All provided trainings are covered in particular by our in-house Sky Academy which was founded in autumn 2012.
Company pension scheme
As we are a young company with an average age of 35 years, a company pension plan is a big issue for us. For this reason, we offer tax-benefit models to enable our staff members to provide for their retirement.
Be it a wedding, a birth or an anniversary: Sky congratulates you to these occasions with a special payment. In special cases, you are also entitled to extra holidays. But you can also feel safe when times are not so great: with a company casualty insurance that also covers private accidents.
We also acknowledge your engagement for Sky: All colleagues with a permanent contract who are working at Sky for at least six months as well as working students with a contract duration of at least twelve months can use all Sky products for free or at a special discount.
Health and fitness
“No pain, no gain” – health and fitness are important factors at Sky.
For these reasons, we have entered into co-operations with various gyms. All sports enthusiasts who want to get in shape on their way to work are provided with dressing rooms and showers, and a number of company sports teams are already waiting for your talent!
But there’s even more: Sky also offers regular protective vaccinations, eye tests, and even massages!
Our company cafeteria in Unterföhring invites you to have a breakfast at Tiffany’s – or simply meet some colleagues, and you can also have lunch at our staff restaurant.
With freshly prepared dishes, and one organic and vegetarian meal each, complemented with a huge salad buffet we provide a healthy and light diet every day. But you don’t have to be Goldfinger to be able to afford all this: Sky subsidizes all meals.
The "Sternschnuppen" day care center
The "Sternschnuppen" day care center which is integrated in our office in Unterföhring is just as colorful and lively as Sky itself. We offer 24 full day spots for children between one and three years of age as well as kindergarten spots for three- to six year olds.
